If you have contacts stored in Outlook, you can export them to a file and then import them into a Gmail account, this account can then be synchronized with your phone.
We have used Microsoft Outlook 2007.

Back Click Comma Separated Values (Windows).

Back Launch a web browser and navigate to Google Mail (gmail.com).

Back This process should work successfully in other email programs and with other online email accounts.
You may also be able to import contacts using a SIM card, but SIM cards have limited storage capacity and might not hold all your contacts.
